40GB SSD by Mushkin at $120

Mushkin, Inc. announced a solid state drive in its Callisto deluxe series, a 40GB version.

This SSD is for new adopters of solid state drive technology who are looking for fast drive at a attractive price, and offers performance when coupled with other drives in RAID configurations.

Boasting read speeds of up to 280MB/s and write speeds of up to 270MB/s, the Callisto deluxe series is equipped with the Sandforce SF-1200 controller.
