This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on August 25, 2010 at 3:36 pmGoldfarb Branham LLP is investigating shareholder claims against the board of 3PAR, Inc. in connection with the proposed buyout by Dell and HP. The buyout will cash out investors for $18.00 per share.
“Last week, Dell announced a cash deal for $18.00 per share,” said securities lawyer Hamilton Lindley. “However, that deal contained a no-solicitation agreement and a $53 million termination fee, meant to deter acceptance of other bidders. Today, HP offered to buy the stock for $24 per share. Our proposed class action lawsuit seeks to maximize shareholder value and have more information about this transaction disclosed to shareholders.”
