You can now also pre-order 100GB technology drives and media in any model.
The HIT NAS models offer seamless network integration, scalability and support file based workflows.
Two different NAS options are available:
- File system integration, the archival storage is available in network shares. This integration provides capacity for secure long-term storage in your network.
- Tiered storage system with policy based movement of files from primary storage to secure archive storage. Primary storage capacity is freed up while existing workflows remain unchanged.
Blu-ray is an industry standard technology; the applied Universal Disc Format (UDF) file system ensures compatibility between library- and regular workstation drives. Blu-ray media support write verification on the fly, and offer a 50- or 100-year reliability.
