Customers will also have the opportunity to download a free 30-day trial of the Double-Take Software technology before making a purchase.
For IBM solution providers, this represents an excellent opportunity to deliver high-demand technology and functionality to their customers. These solution providers will have access to a wide variety of enabling information from both Double-Take Software and IBM, intended to make driving this solution through to their customers an easy and simple transaction and resulting in additional sales.
A 30-day trial of the Double-Take Software technology will also be available as an option to customers who purchase the System Storage DS3000 or DS3500 Series. This offer allows IBM solution providers to present end users with solutions that have previously not been available together. This is the first time Double-Take Software replication technology has been packaged with the IBM System Storage DS3000 and DS3500 Series, providing end users with a boxed solution that has high business impact and is easy to use.
