Perfect Search Licenses Search Technology to Olson Data Max

Perfect Search Corp., an enterprise search company delivering scalable search, announced it has licensed its enterprise search technology to Olson Data Max, a document life-cycle company. Perfect Search’s technology enables paper-to-digital documents to be indexed and archived at the point of origin, then saved on disk, on a server or in the cloud. Documents can later be searched and retrieved with ease.

Users simply scan documents with a multifunction copier/printer or a scanner, creating a digital readable file that Perfect Search can index, search and retrieve in seconds. For example, a medical office administrator can scan a patient’s paper file using the integrated technology created by Olson DataMax between the scanning device and Perfect Search, then save the file to disk and hand the entire file to a waiting patient in a matter of minutes. Offices can also scan all patient records into searchable electronic files, using much less office space than before.
