Mark Leslie to Retire From NetApp Board of Directors
He was CEO of Veritas.

Leslie joined the NetApp board in July 2004 and served as a member of the corporate governance and nominating committee and the investment and acquisition committee.
"Mark has been a valuable member of the NetApp board with his extensive storage expertise and broad industry knowledge," said Dan Warmenhoven, executive chairman of NetApp. "We thank Mark for his service and contributions in helping NetApp reach new levels of success."
