In March, Silicon Valley-based tech company Synapse Design landed a new client – a hard disk drive company. To serve this client, Satish Bagalkotkar, Synapse’s co-founder and CEO, realized he would need to add engineers with data-storage expertise to his team. In just a few weeks, the company has already hired more than 25 people – all but one are engineers – and expects to be up to 40 engineers at its Longmont facility by the end of June.
