SanDisk Lawsuit Vs. Imation, Kingston and Memorex

On May 4, 2010, SanDisk Corp. files a patent infringement lawsuit against Kingston Technology Co., Inc., Imation Corp., Imation Enterprises Corp. and Memorex Products, Inc. on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin for the violation of seven patents on flash technology.
