SPC-1 Benchmark on Fujitsu Eternus DX440

Independent benchmark results show that Fujitsu’s ETERNUS DX440 is not only the world’s fastest dual controller mid-range disk storage system, but also has the world’s best price/performance ratio, as measured by the Storage Performance Council’s SPC Benchmark 1 (SPC-1).

In the IOPS Throughput SPC-1 test, the Fujitsu ETERNUS DX440 set a new world record by achieving a performance of 97498 SPC-1 IOPS under 100% load and a price-performance ratio of $5.51/SPC-1 IOPS.
