EdgeRoot Selects Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform

EdgeRoot, a Web hosting and IT solutions company located in Florida, announced the launch of the EdgeRoot Cloud Storage, powered by the Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform. Developed by Mezeo Software, the Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform is a Web Services API-based cloud storage platform.

EdgeRoot Cloud Storage is a natural extension of EdgeRoot’s current portfolio of services. With the Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform, Edgeroot Cloud Storage offers advanced file sharing and collaboration and true anywhere access to stored files via Windows desktop, Web browser, as well as BlackBerry and iPhone smartphone clients. EdgeRoot customers can store and access data in the cloud with the assurance that their data is protected with SSL encryption of transmitted files and 256-bit AES encryption for stored files.
