It uses Sandforce 1200 controller (some A-Data, OCZ and Smart Modular Technologies’ SSDs incorporate the same controller). Inferno is a 2.5-inch SATA-II unit, at 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, supposed to generate 10,000 IO/s, with transfer rate of 245MB/s in read and 152MB/s in write for sequantial operations. Warranty will be ten years.
Included will be a software to reorganize the data on the flash chips, to be used around once a year.
