Bocada, Inc. unveiled the next generation in enterprise data protection service management with Bocada Prism, a comprehensive workflow-driven application that goes beyond backup reporting, delivering intuitive problem solving, SLA impact alerts and analysis and intelligent knowledge transfer to enhance the delivery of data protection services.

Bocada Prism is the first and only data protection service management solution purpose-built to intuitively drive users through the multi-phased Data Protection Service Management process.
