Spare Backup Launches Customer Portal

Spare Backup, Inc. announced the launch of a remote, ‘cloud based’ customer portal service with the UK’s leading independent mobile phone retailer, The Carphone Warehouse.

The proposition will ensure that customers have their most precious and valuable electronic property protected and readily available. Spare Backup and The Carphone Warehouse have developed the proposition jointly and more product announcements will follow in the New Year.

The dedicated and easy to use interface will also provide The Carphone Warehouse customers a personal hub in the cloud that provides simple to use features for the user, while offering an array of complimentary services tailored to each individual’s needs.

Both companies will work jointly to deliver the best possible experience to customers within the cloud based platform: Mobile Apps, Music, Photos, Mobile Banking and data storage.
 
Spare Backup and The Carphone Warehouse have entered into a confidential revenue sharing agreement that will operate on a mutually beneficial basis.
