Chris Wells VP Marketing at Rimage

Rimage Corporation announced the hiring of Christopher A. Wells as vice president, marketing.

Wells, 39, previously served as vice president, U.S. business development, for W.W. Grainger, Inc., a broad-line supplier of facilities maintenance products for businesses and institutions in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, China and India. Prior to that assignment, he served as Grainger’s vice president, corporate development and planning, and vice president, strategic planning, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic planning and acquisition processes. Earlier in his carrier, Wells was vice president, marketing and strategy, and vice president, technology, of the Rosemount Measurement Division of Emerson Electric Co.

For this reason, his hiring, which follows the appointment of Samir Mittal as chief technology officer, marks another strategic step in the process of preparing Rimage for its next phase of corporate development.”
