iQstor Networks Qualifies Hitachi 2TB HDDs

iQstor Networks, Inc., developer of intelligent and integrated Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions, has qualified the Hitachi GST’s enterprise-class 7,200 RPM 2TB Ultrastar A7K2000 hard disk drive. Hitachi’s Ultrastar A7K2000 2TB hard drives have been fully integrated for use with its iQ2880 4Gb/s FC and iQ2850 iSCSI storage systems and the J2880 Switched JBOD (SBOD) disk expansion enclosure.

Easily connected to iQ2880/iQ2850 subsystems, each 19” 3U rack mountable J2880 includes fifteen disk drives for a total capacity of 30TB.
