Aptare StorageConsole Backup Manager Ready for Tivoli Software

APTARE, Inc. has achieved Ready for IBM Tivoli software validation for APTARE StorageConsole Backup Manager.

This designation confirms that APTARE storage software meets or exceeds IBM compatibility criteria and successfully validated against IBM Tivoli Storage Manager. More importantly, it gives APTARE customers assurance in the quality of StorageConsole Backup Manager, knowing it fully supports and is optimized for the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager backup platform.

APTARE StorageConsole Backup Manager is also included in the IBM Tivoli Open Process Automation Library (OPAL). OPAL provides customers with a community of deployable resources, assuring both APTARE and IBM customers of proven service management solutions.

APTARE StorageConsole Backup Manager gives IT administrators a centralized, real-time view of their data protection environment. The software allows them to immediately increase their backup and recovery success and optimize their backup environment.
