Compellent Closes Public Offering
And exercises over-allotment option
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on November 25, 2009 at 3:47 pmCompellent Technologies, Inc. announced the closing of its public offering of 3,840,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $19.25 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 500,000 additional shares of common stock from Compellent.
The shares of common stock sold in the offering include 600,000 shares sold by Compellent and 3,240,000 shares sold by existing stockholders.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as joint book-running managers of the offering. Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, Needham & Company, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Merriman Curhan Ford & Co., and Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as co-managers.
