Hitachi HST Appoints HCL Infosystems
To enhance warranty support system across India

We have made this new appointment with the goals of increasing the quality of our overall program and improving warranty support turnaround time, which ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.”

The new service is available immediately and provides product replacement at more than a hundred HCL service centers across India to resellers, system integrators and end customers who purchase Hitachi GST products. As part of the new service, HCL, will send repaired or replaced products to the customer’s premises for added convenience.

$2.6 billion Indian company HCL also sells storage products, its own disk arrays but also hardware from Quantum, QLogic, Ingrasys, Brocade and EMC, using a network of over 3,000 resellers across 900 locations.
