Free Version of Metalogix Archiving Express for Files

Metalogix Software Corp., provider of email archiving solutions for Microsoft Exchange as well as SharePoint migration, management, archiving, and recovery solutions, released a free version of its robust, fourth-generation archiving solution for files, Metalogix Archiving Express for Files.

The software-based, enterprise-level, file archiving solution archives up to 100 GB on local Microsoft file servers and leverages hierarchical storage management (HSM) technology to perform comprehensive file lifecycle management while simplifying file recovery and lowering overall storage costs.

It also controls the time period in which files are archived so they are in accordance with relevant industry and legal regulations. Through an intuitive console, authorized users can easily retrieve, delete and restore archived files.
