New IBM RAID Controller for System x Servers

Supporting four HDDs in a space-constrained server configuration, the ServeRAID-BR10il SAS/SATA Controller v2 comes in a standard PCIe form factor, enabling it to support a wide array of servers. Providing that additional peace of mind, your ServeRAID-BR10il SAS/SATA Controller v2 is covered under IBM warranty. This adapter carries a one-year limited warranty or, when installed in a System x Server, assumes your system’s base warranty and any IBM ServicePac upgrade.
Features and functions include:
- Support for RAID levels 0, 1, and 1E
- A PCI-Express x4 form factor
- The LSI 1064E Controller with 2 MB flash memory
Supported systems are IBM System x3200 M3, x3250 M3, and x3400 M2.
System management and RAID configuration are provided via MegaRAID Storage Manager (MSM) and IBM Director.
The ServeRAID-BR10il SAS/SATA Controller includes a one-year, limited warranty.
IBM Single Cable USB Conversion Option (UCO)
- 1.5 M USB cable
- USB keyboard and mouse connector and one VGA video connector on one end
- Connector with two ports for CAT5 server chaining on the other end
- Single pack equivalent to the already available IBM USB Conversion Option (UCO) (39M2895) four pack
The IBM Single Cable USB Conversion Option (UCO) carries a one-year parts-only limited warranty.
Key prerequisites: The ServeRAID-BR10il v2 requires a supported System x server with an available PCI Express expansion slot.
