Beckstrom Electric Reduces IT Costs With Defrag Products

Raxco Software, Inc., in disk defragmentation, announced that Beckstrom Electric, a $28 million-dollar commercial electrical company in the Washington, DC metropolitan region, has selected PerfectDisk 10 Professional, PerfectDisk 10 Server and PerfectDisk 10 Exchange for its disk defragmentation and storage needs.

Beckstrom Electric employs over 150 people and serves a wide range of clients, including commercial and industrial buildings, schools, hospital and other medical facilities.

Beckstrom Electric maintains 6 servers, including 2 that run Microsoft Exchange and others that support a virtualization environment from VMware and other applications and databases including SQL. The company has automated the defragmentation of its servers and workstations with PerfectDisk. With PerfectDisk 10 Exchange, Beckstrom has been able to completely automate the compaction and defragmentation of its Exchange data stores.
