The solution, which will be branded as StoreSafe will complement Outsourcery’s hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, enabling small businesses to ensure their crucial data is backed up automatically, creating an effective business recovery solution without having to make a major investment in on-site infrastructure.
Outsourcery’s UK reseller partners will be able to sell StoreSafe as an added value solution alongside their existing Outsourcery’s white label technology.
BackupAgent provides the StoreSafe online backup software that is scalable and easy to deploy. The solution is fully integrated with Outsourcery’s hosted products, and is used to backup crucial data and emails on desktops, laptops and PCs.
“We are delighted to add StoreSafe to our product portfolio,” says Mark Seemann, Product Strategy & Development Director at Outsourcery. ”Our customers and resellers have been actively searching for such a service, particularly in light of the recent document security issues published in the media. In today’s high-tech business environment, it’s more crucial than ever to ensure the information stored on your computer is backed up by a secure, reliable product, so it can be recovered in the event of theft, loss or damage. The software that BackupAgent offers is a best of breed product; it’s easy, secure and offers all functionality that our customers want such as possibilities for both laptop and PC backup. Moreover, it can easily be integrated with our existing control panel, resulting in smooth operations in terms of provisioning.”
