Plextor LLC announces the new PX-B320SA Internal BD Combo Super Multi Drive.

The drive features Blu-ray read speeds of up to 8X and comes standard with CyberLink’s BD Suite software package, which includes the new TrueTheater HD technology to provide users with the latest in high-quality movie playback.

This 8X Blu-ray reader plus Super Multi DVD+RW drive gives consumers an all-in-one solution for playing Blu-ray discs, while maintaining the capability of archiving data onto CD or DVD. Bundled with CyberLink’s TrueTheater HD technology, consumers can easily boost DVD video and audio quality to achieve HD-like results and smoother playback.

CyberLink’s video up-scaling technology can convert video resolution from 480p to 1080p, making standard-definition content played on HD screens appear to be as detailed and sharp as high-resolution video.
