- IBM Softek Transparent Data Migration Facility (TDMF)
- IBM XIV Storage System (XIV)
IBM Novus Enterprise Standardization Program (ESP) support services include help desk access and standard software updates.
Key prerequisites:
Hardware: Dedicated Server with Microsoft Windows Server 2003; 10 GB of free disk space.
Software: Oracle Database revision 10.2 or higher; Wiki license – Atlassian Confluence version; Gliffy Plug-In for Atlassian Confluence+.
