The XPG SX95 SATA II 2.5” SSD features new architecture and controller design, provide outstanding transfer rates up to 230MB/sec read and 180MB/sec write (256GB/128GB), thanks to the on-board DRAM cache buffer. Whereas, the lower-density SSDs with 64GB or 32GB perform up to 210MB/sec and 140MB/sec read/write speeds.
