Double-Take Launches Two Professional Services

Double-Take Software is launching two professional services products for its customers. Double-Take Health-Check and Double-Take Fail-Safe enable organisations to thoroughly test business continuity plans, as well as ensure that data protection strategies are working properly.

For organisations that have rolled out data back-up and availability projects based on Double-Take solutions, the two new services provide a simple, cost-effective way to include a regular testing schedule as part of ongoing IT management activities.  

Double-Take’s Health-Check Service is a quarterly service that inspects systems changes and helps organisations ensure business continuity plans remain aligned to requirements. Double-Take’s Fail-Safe is an on-site service to assist customers with exercising fail-over and fail-back techniques. Technical engineering staff from Double-Take will assist with fail-over testing, best practice guidance for applying upgrades, service packs and exercising of business continuance objectives.
