The docking station ICY BOX 110StUS2-B from RaidSonic Technology GmbH helps not to disregard the unbeloved backup. It even makes it easier. Take the HDD out of the cabinet, insert it into the docking station, open the backup program, click the HDD icon, when backup is done take out the HDD and put it back into the cabinet.

The HDD may be a 2.5" or a 3.5" SATA drive. The adaptor is fit for the small ones as well as for the big ones. With no HDD inserted, the bay is shut. So the SATA connector within is protected.

The ICY BOX IB-110 pays off very well whenever there are only a few files on an HDD to be looked at, downloaded or worked on, and that rapidly.

With a price tag of Euro 20.90 (recommended retail price incl. VAT) the ICY BOX IB-110 can appeal even to hard backup avoiders, the more so as they have the free choice of software and HDD.
