GlassHouse provides a range of Customer Support Services for hardware and software providers, including 24/7 call center support, global field service support, global logistics storage and distribution support, as well as technology integration and professional services. Level 1 and Level 2 technical service must be performed in conjunction with critical parts being dispatched under the strict time lines of 4 hour service level agreements for maximum uptime and business continuity.
