Shoden Data Systems UK Creates Customer Service Team
To support end users across Europe

The team, who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Shoden UK’s products, currently includes Paul Miller and Sundeep Dhillon; together they boast nearly 25 years’ experience in the IT industry including positions at EMC and Siemens. The customer service engineers will work closely with their South Africa-based colleagues to develop comprehensive support system backed up by the 24/7 support centre at Shoden Data Systems (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg.
Miller, Shoden’s senior integration engineer, brings the system integrator a wealth of expertise thanks to 20 years’ experience in the IT industry including VMware-focussed roles and nine years at EMC and 12 at Siemens. Dhillon, now Shoden’s integration engineer, also comes from EMC, where he spent five years implementing SANs.
“This is a great milestone for us because we can now support our customers locally thus offering an even higher level of service,” said John Taffinder, CEO of Shoden Data Systems UK. “We expect to at least double the CS team’s size by the end of the year as more organisations see the benefits of our solutions and our customer-base expands.”
