This creates a flexible and scalable resource that grows with our clients.
“GlassHouse has provided us with top-of-the-line services that have helped us gain efficiency in our storage and backup environments.” said Todd Handel of The Swiss Colony, “The company’s unbiased and knowledgeable guidance through the use of proven strategies and best practices has helped us formulate, implement, and operationalize a storage and backup strategy to support our business objectives.”

Clients can choose from a range of offerings from Cloud-based reporting and monitoring services to provide increased visibility into day-to-day operations, or select to have GlassHouse monitor and manage their entire storage, backup, virtualization, database and security infrastructure.
Handel added: “GlassHouse is an extension of our technology infrastructure organization providing the national coverage, technical expertise and service level agreements we need to support our customers. The addition of managed services to the GlassHouse service operations center in North Carolina delivers high quality by bringing together best in class support and managed services.”
