Spectra Logic University on the Web

Spectra Logic Corp.‘s channel partners can now attend Spectra University on the Web to pursue sales and technical certification and training from an office, home or anywhere else in the world. Spectra Logic continues to invest in its commitment to channel programs despite the economic strife, and is now launching Spectra University to meet partners’ requests for fresh, low-cost training alternatives. SpectraEDGE channel partners can use Spectra University online at no charge ‘when it is convenient’ to earn program certification and meet continuing education goals.

"The certification tool is easy to use, and will help VARs of all sizes further their knowledge of storage, sales and eliminating customer pain points."

Spectra University’s certification programs, learning tracks and continuing education give channel partners the tools to help end users eliminate typical pains associated with ordinary backup and archive processes.

Spectra University’s programs include:

SpectraEDGE Certification: Sales and technical certification gives partners the in-depth knowledge about Spectra products they need to best serve customers.

  • Sales Track: Designed for channel partner sales representatives, this track provides a comprehensive overview of Spectra Logic and the Spectra T-Series libraries, the Spectra nTier family of disk-based products, and the SpectraEDGE channel partner program.
  • Technical Track: Designed for the pre-sales engineers, this track provides an in-depth technical review of the product line, knowledge that engineers can use to communicate the many technical advantages of Spectra products.

Continuing Education: Continuing Education includes a complete set of training resources that further promotes product knowledge with tools to help sell new and enhanced product and solutions across the Spectra product line.
