Coraid Joins TSANet

CORAID, Inc. has joined the Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet), the IT industry’s largest vendor-neutral support consortium.

TSANet is a non-profit organization that facilitates global collaboration between vendor support teams to ensure timely resolution of any mutual client problems. TSANet provides a framework for vendors with mutual customers to resolve interoperability issues and members have priority access to each other’s support organizations.
