MasterSys Tech to Support Promise in India

Promise Technology, Inc. announced an expansion of local support capabilities for customers and resellers in India through a Services Agreement with MasterSys Tech Pvt Ltd of Chennai, India.

Promise customers in the growing Indian storage market will be assured of rapid support for pre- and post-sales queries, provided by well-trained and Promise certified engineers. They can also now rely on fast turnaround for advance replacement parts from hubs within India, for minimum downtime in case component replacements are needed.
