Avnet Adds Akorri to Its Calalog

Akorri, Inc. announced an agreement with Avnet Technology Solutions, an operating group of Avnet, Inc. The agreement enables technology solutions distributor Avnet to add Akorri’s BalancePoint software to its line card of virtualization and data center management offerings for its customers in the United States and Canada.

Akorri BalancePoint is the first management solution to address the need for heterogeneous virtual and physical systems management in growing IT enterprise virtualized environments. BalancePoint’s holistic, cross-domain view of both virtual and physical server and storage infrastructure, combined with advanced visualization and analytics, helps IT identify and resolve problems, optimize utilization and improve performance and capacity within the virtualized data center.
