QLogic Corp. announced that its 8Gb/4Gb/2Gb Fibre Channel, 1GbE iSCSI, 40Gb/20Gb (QDR/DDR) InfiniBand and 10Gb Enhanced Ethernet Converged Network Adapter products are qualified with the latest distribution of SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 from Novell, the Linux platform that drives mission-critical computing from the desktop to the data centre, for physical and virtual environments. Customers looking to leverage the virtualisation and mission-critical features of SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 for LAN, SAN and HPC connectivity in rack-mount and blade server configurations can confidently deploy QLogic adapter products which have been rigorously tested for interoperability and backwards compatibility.
