EMC Executives to Cut Their Salaries in 2009

A recent SEC filing from EMC stated that the salaries of the following five executives will be cut by 10% in 2009 (their 2009 salary into parenthesis):

  • Joe Tucci, chairman and CEO ($900,000)
  • Dave Goulden, executive VP and CFO ($540,000)
  • Howard Elias, executive VP and president of global services and resource management software group ($540,000)
  • Bill Teuber, vice-chairman ($630,000)
  • Dave Donatelli, executive VP and president of storage division ($630,000)

Their target bonus will be also reduced by 10% (but by 30% for Tucci), as well as their total target compensation cash (22% for Tucci).
