SiliconSystems, Inc. has shipped over 4 million SiliconDrives integrated with the company’s breakthrough SiSMART technology. This shipment milestone underscores the success SiliconSystems has achieved with the company’s industry-leading SiliconDrive products which are designed to exceed the rigorous storage demands of OEM applications. SiliconSystems developed and deployed its SiSMART technology years in advance of what is rapidly becoming the solid-state drive (SSD) industry’s number one requirement, the ability for OEMs to accurately monitor and forecast SSD useable life in real-time. Patent-pending SiSMART is the only SSD early warning and self-monitoring system that reports the exact amount of remaining storage life.
