The service offers 24/7 access to support engineers, priority handling of all trouble calls and emails, telephone/email diagnostics, advice and troubleshooting. The service provides advanced replacement of failed parts and extends the limited hardware warranty of equipment for the duration of the service agreement. The service plan can be purchased at the time of equipment purchase or anytime during the product life after the initial purchase.
