Customer-defined tiering provides the clarity to provision tier 1 storage to critical applications and keep less critical data on more cost-efficient storage tiers. Global visibility to remote storage assets also allows you to view storage across locations by business owner, providing you with the ability to implement a corporate chargeback model.
