Seven new product innovations will be launched by Rocstor, provider of data storage and encryption solutions, during CeBIT 2009.

ROCSAFE MX
The new generation of
ROCSAFE is a secure encrypted line of external hard drives. Rocsecure
Rocsafe MX Mobile is the world’s first encrypted hard drive enclosure
with FIPS level-2 Smartcard protection. It employs Real-Time Hardware
Encryption for protecting data on the hard drive and smartcard
technology for authentication. Designed to encrypt all data on-the-fly,
Rocsafe MX Mobile requires no software installation and operates
independently of the operating system.

A unique feature of Rocsafe MX Mobile is that it has an embedded keypad
allowing you to key in your PIN directly onto the unit. This ensures
protection from key-loggers that may be recording your keystrokes.

THE ROCPORT ID

The new line of ROCPORT ID external hard drives.
Rocport ID pocket drives deliver performance and
reliability in multiple colors. Designed and engineered in the U.S.A.
to meet the needs of the demanding mobile data storage market, the
ROCPORT ID 2.5" external hard drive is compatible with both Windows
and Macintosh environments.

ROCPORT ID series will be available in March 2009, in a

THE ARCTICROC 4T
The new generation of RAID Systems, the ARCTICROC, are
versatile RAID systems available in Tower 4-Bay models
with up to 8 Terabytes of Hot-Swappable hard drives and data transfer
speeds of 3Gbits/s to and from the host. ARCTICROC is also compatible

ARCTICROC Combo Tower RAID Systems
The RAID 5 mode provides a fault tolerance feature. It requires a
minimum of 3 drives in an array. In case one of the disks fails, the
malfunctioning disk can be replaced with a new one. The source data can
then be reconstructed back through parity calculation. RAID 0+1 mode
stripes the data first and then mirrors the data. It provides another
mode to achieve higher performance and data security.
