John Kelley Chairman of CereScan
He was chairman, CEO and president of McData before Brocade's acquisition

Mr. Kelley brings CereScan over 20 years of senior executive experience including serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of McDATA Corporation, a worldwide leader in open storage networking solutions. Mr. Kelley grew McDATA Corporation’s annual revenues from $200 million to $630 million before its sale to Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. in January 2007 for over $1 billion. Prior to joining McDATA, Mr. Kelley served as Executive Vice President of Networks at Qwest Communications after serving as President of Wholesale Markets and Federal Services for U.S. West. Previously, he was Area President for Mead Corporation’s Zellerbach Southwest Business Unit and held senior positions at Xerox and NBI. Mr. Kelley received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He serves on the board of directors of Polycom, Inc., is a member of the Rocky Mountain INROADS Board, a not-for-profit mentoring program, and a board member of the Women’s Vision Foundation and Tie-Rockies.
