Alliance Storage Technologies is a small company with four locations: Colorado Springs, CO (HQ), Yorktown, VA, (sales and service), New Jersey, and Indianapolis, IN (maintenance services).
Apparently, it acquired only the U.S. part of Plasmon, not the European activities.
The firm was already a distributor and a repair service of Plasmon products. It also handled old ATG, Cygnet, FileNet, HP, Kodak and Philips
LMSI optical devices.
The Plasmon's Web site now refers to the Alliance Storage Technologies' name and URL.
