With 1TB HDD

Based in Sunnyvale, CA,  Cirago International Ltd, a manufacturer of storage and wireless products, will debut a new Media Center at the annual Consumer Electronic Show (CES) from January 8 – 11, 2009.

The Cirago CMC1000 Media Center Series delivers a comprehensive multimedia experience in an amazingly small device that is flexible, simple but powerful. Besides displaying photos and playing music, the Cirago Media Center plays videos in a variety of popular formats up to 720p or 1080i. Content can be stored in the built-in hard disk drive, attached USB devices, memory cards or streamed through the built-in LAN interface.

The CMC1000 records video from any device that can output to AV; recordings can be scheduled and time shifted. The CMC1000 can also record one video while playing another stored video. On a 1 TB Hard Drive, the CMC1000 can store over 4,000,000 photos, play over 18,000 hours of music or record over 1,500 hours of video. All functionality can be easily accessed from the intuitive menu with the included remote
control.

The Cirago CMC1000 Media Center will provide the high-definition movie theatre experience in the comfort of your home”, says Patrick Lo, Cirago’s President. “One device lets you store all your favorite digital content, including photos, music and videos in one convenient place. Furthermore, the Media Center is very small, sleek and cost effective. Every home should have one.”
