Jeff Lawson Resigned From the Board of BakBone

Effective December 8, 2008, J.G. (Jeff) Lawson resigned as a member of the board of directors BakBone Software.

He is currently:

• Board Member of AthabascA Oil Sands Corp.
• Managing Director, Head of Calgary Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc.

• Prior
  to joining Blackmont Capital In. in October 2007, Lawson was a
  Partner at the law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP.
• He also currently serves on the board of directors of a number of public issuers (Wireless Matrix Corporation, Phoenix Technology Services LP Mahalo Energy Ltd.) and certain charitable organizations.
