AIC Launches Solution Groups

Advanced Industrial Computer (AIC), an industry provider of OEM/ODM server and storage solutions, announced the launch of Storage Solution Group (SSG), Enclosure Solution Group (ESG) and Platform Solution Group (PSG). AIC, the corporate unit in North America and Europe of parent company, T-WIN Systems, will put these three solution groups under its management team. T-WIN Systems will do the same in Asia Pacific. The new organizational structure is designed to improve customer relationship management and better serve clients as a total solutions provider.

The new Solution Groups consist of teams of industry experts brought together to manage all facets of business, making AIC the one-stop source for Storage, Enclosure and Platform OEM and ODM needs. Each Solution Group will operate with both individual and shared resources, ensuring customers dedicated management as well as integrated, high quality service to best serve their unique needs.
In addition, the new organization will serve to provide System Integrators and VARs improved ease of operation, with streamlined interface between their server and storage products, enabling shorter time to market, minimizing compatibility issues and reducing manpower costs.

The three solution group offerings include:
Storage Solution Group (SSG)
The SSG unit will focus on delivering white box storage systems and subsystems solutions to the distribution as well as OEM/ODM markets. The unit will encompass the existing Xtore Extreme Storage division and continue to provide powerful, cost-effective IP-storage, network-attached storage (NAS) and direct-attached storage (DAS) solutions. The diverse family of products provides high availability and reliability, performance and robust management tools required for mission critical, data-intensive applications.
Enclosure Solution Group (ESG)
The ESG unit will provide solutions for industrial computer enclosures in the heavy-duty EMI-RFI-resistant steel chassis. Our product line ranges from 1U to 8U, providing customers with scalable and cost-efficient chassis solutions for every size company, including entry-level to enterprise-level.
Platform Solution Group (PSG)
The PSG focus is ‘total solutions,’ expanding beyond AIC’s roots to include platform solution bare-bones, custom-designed server appliance boards and systems design and validation. PSG delivers both standard and custom server and storage bare-bone solutions to the embedded computing, high performance computing, networking, security, financial service, media and broadcasting markets.
