Bluewolf Offers Cloud Computing Storage Service for Salesforce.com Users
At $.99 per month
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on November 14, 2008 at 3:39 pmBluewolf announced ‘Arcade’ cloud storage that allows users to economically store a virtually unlimited number of files of all sizes through the Salesforce interface. Announced at salesforce.com’s Dreamforce user and developer conference in San Francisco, Bluewolf Arcade provides a complete solution for Salesforce storage needs and features in-depth search capabilities with a tab for easy searches of all linked files.
“As a leader in delivering on the promise of Cloud Computing, Bluewolf continues that leadership with our announcement of the most cost-effective cloud storage offering available today,” said Corinne Sklar, Vice President of Marketing, Bluewolf. “For businesses that are running up against their storage limits in Salesforce, Bluewolf Arcade is the most in-expensive way to add storage to their instance of Salesforce.”
With Arcade, users can link, view and access unlimited files, all types and sizes and keep customer information easily accessible in one place. Arcade offers the ability to tag attachments with key words, and search against any and all links based on title or type. It also allows Salesforce Administrators to add functionality by creating links to any Salesforce object, giving users the ability to create and manage links to documents that rest outside of Salesforce, in the cloud (using Amazon S3).
Bluewolf Arcade is ideal for:
- Linking to contracts and price quotes
- Attaching presentations and Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to customer accounts
- Logging files with customer cases
- Keeping marketing files (logos, images, ads, emails) with campaigns
- Uploading training videos, and more
"We believe that implementing SaaS and cloud based solutions save businesses money and allows them to focus on their business not the technology," said Sklar, "but to drive real business value you need to have total user adoption. Now users can access all attachments within their Salesforce.com solution."
Availability
Bluewolf Arcade will be available Q4 2008, priced at $.99 per user per month, and will available for demo at Bluewolf’s booth at the salesforce.com Dreamforce 2008 conference.
