Suha Deploys Plasmon Remote Archive Manager Service

Suha Systems, Inc., a privately-held software developer headquartered at Santa Clara, California, and a provider of innovative solutions for remote device management and digital content exchange, announced the deployment of Plasmon‘s Remote Archive Manager service built on Suha Systems’ Pronto RDM solution suite.

Pronto RDM is a remote device management solution that allows intelligent device manufacturers to ensure availability, deliver on SLAs, and delight customers. With Pronto RDM, manufacturers can remotely monitor, manage, and service a global installed base; increase operational efficiencies; reduce field service expenses; and maximise revenue opportunities.

With Remote Archive Manager, Plasmon will be able to proactively manage its Archive Appliance systems installed at customer sites worldwide and optimise their performance and uptime. Remote Archive Manager is built with the secure, non-invasive architecture of Suha Systems’ Pronto RDM solution suite and will be readily accepted in Plasmon’s customers’ data centres. Remote Archive Manager enables secure, proactive and continuous monitoring of the Archive Appliance; automatic notification to Plasmon customer support teams of potential problems with performance; and provides the capability for customer support engineers to remotely access the devices to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Remote Archive Manager also allows Plasmon to automate software distribution and configuration management, leveraging Suha Systems’ digital content delivery solutions.
