Eurodata Acquires Transam

Eurodata Systems plc, an IT solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Transam Microsystems, an IT infrastructure services specialist. The acquisition will enable Eurodata to increase the breadth of its services to include Microsoft Licensing and Software Asset Management (SAM), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Unified Data Management & email archiving. In addition it will accelerate growth by offering depth in technology areas such as storage management, Citrix and VMware.
