GSA Certification Helps Moonwalk

Moonwalk Inc. announced that its GSA certification has created a new vibrant sales channel that makes it quick and easy for U.S. federal government agencies to purchase the company’s award-winning enterprise data management software.

Moonwalk was granted GSA certification in January of this year and the company has seen a jump in interest among federal IT users looking to solve severe data management problems by intelligently migrating data across the storage infrastructure to optimize the user’s storage ROI. As a result of opening up the GSA channel, Moonwalk recently completed business with a number of organizations including the Department of Defense.

The General Services Administration is America’s only source dedicated to procuring goods and services for federal government agencies. Under the GSA Schedules, the agency works closely with federal agencies and industry partners to establish long-term, government-wide contracts that allow customers in the public sector to acquire more than 11 million products and services directly from GSA-approved contractors at most-favored customer prices, including via the GSA Advantage online ordering system. GSA certification is a process instituted by the government that requires potential government vendors to be recognized as credible and established.
