Susie Cribbs Communications Manager at DSSC

Susie Cribbs recently joined the DSSC staff as communications manager. In this role, Susie will generate news stories for the DSSC Web site, oversee communication projects to strengthen the center’s relationship with its corporate affiliates, generate technical reports for the center’s semiannual reviews, and perform any other duties that will help promote the DSSC’s world-class research.

Susie is no stranger to Carnegie Mellon, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English and professional writing in 2000 and a master’s degree in professional writing in 2006. She belonged to the university’s Internal Communications and News Services team from September 2002 to September 2007, and spent the last year at UPMC, where she was a communications manager for internal publications.
